It is now 2033 and SIU Agent Tedashi Nagawa has a new partner-Mai Murasaki, a former records clerk who has a history of police brutality “and use of excessive force.” Ted had received the brunt of the official reprimand when his former partner, cyborg Akane Nakiko, sacrificed herself to stop an insane biological clone know as Paradox. Now Ted and Mai are once again full agents with SIU, but their first official case has remarkable similarities to events from Ted’s past which still give him nightmares. The killings have begun.
